Access to rates page
Tickets can be purchased at the Park's entrance desks. However, to facilitate your access, we advise you to buy your ticket in advance. During peak times, access to the Park may not be guaranteed or there may be a short wait.

The show will go on throughout the season, even in the event of rain, except in the case of a prefectural order (weather watch). In the event of cancellation, you will be offered a postponement or a refund.
For safety reasons, please note that umbrellas are not permitted in the stands.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. It cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, even in the event of loss or theft. Resale is prohibited (law of 27 June 1919). This ticket must be kept for the duration of your presence on the site and must be presented at all security checks.
We are in the process of obtaining the eco-event label, which is based on respect for the environment. So you don't have to print out your tickets, just present your e-tickets on a smartphone at the entrance to the site to access them.
When you placed your order, you made a reservation with several tickets. Rest assured that this will not affect access to the site.

All the seats at your disposal are numbered, and we guarantee you excellent visibility over the 7-hectare stage area.

To avoid disturbing the animals in the park and at the show, pets are not allowed on the site or in the various car parks. Guide dogs are permitted, however.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
We have put in place the vigilance and security measures provided for in the vigipirate plan, so you will not be able to access the site with a knife.

Pushchairs are permitted on site. However, they are not allowed in the grandstand during the show at 10.30pm.
You can put them in a safe place during the show and collect them afterwards.
