    Is it possible to buy tickets at the park entrance?chevron faq

    Tickets can be purchased at the Park's entrance desks. However, to facilitate your access, we advise you to buy your ticket in advance. During peak times, access to the Park may not be guaranteed or there may be a short wait.

    Is the show cancelled if it rains?chevron faq

    The show will go on throughout the season, even in the event of rain, except in the case of a prefectural order (weather watch). In the event of cancellation, you will be offered a postponement or a refund.
    For safety reasons, please note that umbrellas are not permitted in the stands.

    Can tickets be cancelled and/or changed?chevron faq

    Tickets are personal and non-transferable. It cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, even in the event of loss or theft. Resale is prohibited (law of 27 June 1919). This ticket must be kept for the duration of your presence on the site and must be presented at all security checks.

    Do we have to print the tickets?chevron faq

    We are in the process of obtaining the eco-event label, which is based on respect for the environment. So you don't have to print out your tickets, just present your e-tickets on a smartphone at the entrance to the site to access them.

    The tickets all have the same name. Is this normal?chevron faq

    When you placed your order, you made a reservation with several tickets. Rest assured that this will not affect access to the site.

    All the seats at your disposal are numbered, and we guarantee you excellent visibility over the 7-hectare stage area.
    All in all, you have 2800 seats.

    Can we picnic?chevron faq

    Picnics are permitted in the park, with tables available.
    All you have to do is take your rubbish home.
    Let's take responsibility for our environment.

    What are the opening times at the Aliénor hostel?chevron faq

    Auberge Aliénor is open from 7pm to 9pm.
    Two menus are available for €18:

    • A traditional menu (summer starter, chicken confit, vegetable gratin, Chips, cheese and pastries)
    • A low-carbon vegetarian menu (fresh salad, vegetarian bowl, broad beans, falafel, raw vegetables and a pastry for dessert).
    • Booking is strongly recommended. Availability of certain products cannot be guaranteed in the event of peak demand.

    There are several fast-food outlets offering grilled meats, chips, sandwiches, crêpes, etc. In busy periods, the availability of certain products is not guaranteed.

    Can I bring my pet?chevron faq

    To avoid disturbing the animals in the park and at the show, pets are not allowed on the site or in the various car parks. Guide dogs are permitted, however.

    Do minors have to be accompanied?chevron faq

    All minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

    Can I bring an opinel-type knife?chevron faq

    We have put in place the vigilance and security measures provided for in the vigipirate plan, so you will not be able to access the site with a knife.

    The programme is updated for the current season and is available on our website on the page " park" .
    We recommend that you take a few minutes to study it in order to optimise your journeys.

    Can I bring a pushchair to the site?chevron faq

    Pushchairs are permitted on site. However, they are not allowed in the grandstand during the show at 10.30pm.
    You can put them in a safe place during the show and collect them afterwards.

    Are there changing facilities on site?chevron faq

    There is a nursery in the park. You can find its location on the site map.

    What methods of payment are accepted on site?chevron faq

    We accept credit cardsthe chequesthe cash payments and holiday vouchers.

  • ACCOMMODATION

    Can we sleep on site?chevron faq

    We don't have a hotel in the park, but we do have accommodation partners listed on our website so you can find a suitable place to stay.

    We're in a camper van. Is it possible to stay overnight to sleep?chevron faq

    For safety reasons, camper vans are not allowed on the show site.

  • ACCESSIBILITY

    Is the site accessible for PRMs (people with reduced mobility)?chevron faq

    The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with the exception of our backstage tour.

    Are there preferential rates for people with reduced mobility?chevron faq

  • MOBILITY

    Can I come by bike?chevron faq

    As part of our eco-eventWith this in mind, we have developed a "cycling" reception area on our site.
    A special car park is available, where you can leave your helmets and/or rucksacks.

    We have a car park right next to our site.
    The car park is guarded and costs €2 per vehicle.
    Payment for parking is made on site in cash or by credit card.
    The cost of parking is free for carpoolers (on presentation of proof).

    We don't have a charging point on site.
    You'll find one opposite the town hall in Castillon-la-Bataille.
